CPC Energy SBS Announces MV Oil Trust Public Offering
CPC Energy SBS, LP announced today that the MV Oil Trust public offering priced at 5pm EST at $20 per unit with high demand from institutional investors.
The MV Oil Trust, which represents the second IPO in the U.S. during 2007, will trade on the NYSE under the ticker symbol MVO.
In conjunction with the public offering, CPC Energy SBS exited its stake in MV Partners, which owns proved, developed, producing oil wells in Kansas acquired from GE Capital in September 2005.
CPC Energy SBS, LP was formed by Carson Private Capital in September 2005 to provide certain Carson Private Capital clients access to compelling investment opportunities in the Energy sector.
