CPC Fund VI Announces TriDimension Energy Acquisition
Carson Private Capital Fund VI, LP has announced its participation in the acquisition of a 53% controlling stake in TriDimension Energy LP in a privately negotiated transaction by HM Capital Partners. TriDimension is the fifth acquisition for Carson Private Capital Fund VI, LP.
Headquartered in Dallas, Texas and Vidalia, Louisiana, TriDimension is an oil and gas exploration and production company with a diversified portfolio of 191,000 gross acres of proven developed and undeveloped oil and gas leasehold in seven operating regions. The Company's primary focus is re-developing these historic oil fields by restoring wells to production, re-completing wells in previously tested reservoirs and aggressively drilling new wells on the acreage.
