Co-investment Pool, LP
Carson Private Capital has closed its CPC 2008
Co-investment Pool, LP at $32 million.
The Partnership was formed to provide Carson Private Capital Core Clients a unique opportunity to participate in smaller (between $3 million and $6 million) co-investments in a group of five to seven businesses acquired by HM Capital since July 2007.
The first five co-investments (Phone Directories Company, UniTek, BlackBrush Oil & Gas II, Advanced H2O and TriDimension Energy) have been funded, and the Partnership will make co-investments in up to two additional businesses.
