CPC Europe Fund III Announces Foodvest Group Acquisition
Carson Private Capital Europe Fund III, LP has announced its participation in the 100% acquisition of Foodvest Equity Co S.A. by Lion Capital from CapVest Limited in a privately negotiated transaction valued at £1.1 billion.
Foodvest is one of the oldest and leading food manufacturers in the UK, and the second largest frozen food and seafood business in Europe with a portfolio of number one brands that enjoy household name status in the UK, Scandinavia and France, with a growing presence in Central and Eastern Europe.
This transaction represents the seventh platform investment for CPC Europe Fund III.
