Carson Private Capital closed CPC Foodvest SBS, LP, an entity formed to provide Carson Private Capital Core Clients a direct investment opportunity in the £1.1 billion private negotiated acquisition of Foodvest Equity Co S.A. by Lion Capital.
CPC Foodvest SBS made a direct investment in Foodvest side-by-side with Lion Capital and Carson Private Capital Europe Fund III, LP.
Foodvest is one of the oldest and leading food manufacturers in the UK, and the second largest frozen food and seafood business in Europe with a portfolio of number one brands that enjoy household name status in the UK, Scandinavia and France, with a growing presence in Central and Eastern Europe.
