CPC Fund V Announces Pinnacle Foods Sale
Carson Private Capital Fund V, LP announced the sale of platform business Pinnacle Foods to JP Morgan Financial Partners.
CPC Fund V invested in the business in May 2001 with Hicks Muse (Dallas) when Pinnacle Foods Corporation was formed to acquire Swanson frozen foods, Vlasic pickles and condiments, and Open Pit barbeque sauce from Vlasic Foods International.
