CPC Europe Fund I Announces Aster City Cable Acquisition
Carson Private Capital Europe Fund I announced its participation in the €110 million acquisition of Aster City Cable by Hicks Muse (Europe).
Aster City Cable is the third largest cable television company in Poland and a leading pay television operator in one of the four key markets in the region with a strong local management team, state-of-the-art network, and attractive penetration rates in the markets served.
The Aster City Cable transaction represents Carson Private Capital Europe Fund I's thirteenth portfolio company.
