CPC Europe Fund III Announces AS Adventure Group Acquisition
Carson Private Capital Europe Fund III, LP has announced its participation in the 100% acquisition of AS Adventure Group by Lion Capital (London) in a transaction valued at €263 million. AS Adventure is the fourth platform investment for Carson Private Capital Europe Fund III.
AS Adventure is a leading specialty retailer of branded outdoor equipment and clothing with a total of 90 stores in Belgium, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.
The Company has an impressive track record of growth since its inception in 1995, and a distinctive retail concept that capitalizes on the European consumer trend towards a healthier lifestyle focused on outdoors leisure activity.
