Carson Private Capital Closes CPC Europe Fund IV, LP
Carson Private Capital announced a successful second closing for its Carson Private Capital Europe Fund IV, LP on December 20, 2011.
CPC Europe Fund IV is the fourth in a series of private equity funds formed by Carson Private Capital to invest with Lion Capital to make control investments in Pan-European and North American consumer branded food and beverage and retail businesses.
Carson Private Capital has actively participated in private equity funds and direct investments with Lion Capital since 1996, investing over $467 million in 37 businesses. Lion Capital has invested over $7 billion of equity in transactions totaling over $25 million.
